My concern though with the developments in financial inclusion is that it seems to crowd out the small players who may not have the resources to data mine or to invest in technology. Is it not worth exploring how smaller grass root service providers can be part of the evolution.

Problem is indebted govts and tax authorities are on the march to maximise revenue, so tax systems become aggressive and antagonistic rather than collaborative and progressive
